Claims Policy

SECTION 1 - COLOR DIFFERENCE

The pictures on our site are picture of the actual products. At times there can be slight color differences of your purchased item when compared to what you can see on your computer or phone screens. Different devices can have a great affect on how true product colors can be seen. Items can also have color differences when viewed in low lighting areas or during direct sun light. Our pictures are taken with lighting setup to replicate direct sunlight to help bring out the best look of our products. 

 

SECTION 2 - CUSTOMER SERVICE

   If you receive the product and found any items to be damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact our customer service via email as soon as possible to schedule a return. Keep in mind when emailing during the weekends or during scheduled days off for holidays. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible. Our primary goal is to deliver quality products to our valued customers. 

 

SECTION 3 - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within the 30 days must follow the criteria as below:

  • Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  • Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  • Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s).

 

SECTION 4 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Payments for classes or retreats after the sessions have started. 
  • Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
  • Gift Cards.

NOTE: All returns must be approved by Unique Resin Artz via written email. Items returned to us without prior written approval will not be accepted. 

 

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

All sales are final.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • If an error was clearly made by our staff.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial refund.
  • If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed and emailed to you in the form of store credit.

Late or missing partial refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund (store credit) yet, please send us an email to support@uniqueresinartz.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be partially refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be partially refunded.

 

SECTION 6 - DEPOSIT, BALANCES & CANCELLATION POLICY:

 You, herein the Participants, hereby agree to and accept the Payment submitted by Participants. Participants accept and agree that the Deposits are non-refundable under any and all circumstances. Deposit are transferrable to another person, not to another retreat unless related to participant having contracted or immediate exposure to COVID-19, in which case the deposit and monies are transferrable to future event/retreat.

Participants are eligible to receive a monetary refund LESS the Deposit, if Participants cancel more than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreats / Events. If Participants cancel less than 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreats / Events, Participants will NOT receive any form of monetary refund under any and all circumstances unless related to participants having contracted or immediate exposure to COVID-19, in which case the deposit and monies are transferrable to future events / retreats. It is the responsibility of the participants to know the exact date that is 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreats / Events.

If a refund is requested by the Participants, 60 days prior to the start date of the Retreats / Events, Unique Resin Artz reserves the right to 15 business days to evaluate the refund request and, if accepted, take all necessary steps to refund the amount, as stated above, to the Participants.

For virtual retreats / one day events: all monies / donations paid are non-refundable under any and all circumstances. They may be transferrable up to 24 hours prior to start date to another event or person. Even if participant cannot attend the live event.

The submission of application and payment to Unique Resin Artz is binding. Participants are personally responsible for all mandatory payments.

 

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY

Our warranty policy is only for items purchased on our website. Warranty lasts 30 days from date of purchase. 

Our return warranty covers broken items do to faulty manufacturing. To initiate an exchange or a repair contact us via email at support@uniqueresinartz.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@uniqueresinartz.com and we will inform you where to send the item.

 

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WHEN ORDERING

When you order your items make sure you have entered your address correctly. Unique Resin Artz is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to a typo or missing information on your shipping label. Shipping labels are part of an automated system. The information you input on your order is the information that will be printed on the shipping label. If an item is returned to our main office because of incorrect or missing information then you will have to pay for an additional shipping label for us to mail your items back to you. 

Once an item is handed over to the Post Office to be mailed to you from Unique Resin Artz the responsibility is handed over to you and the Post Office for proper delivery and handling. Unique Resin Artz is not responsible for any mishandling of items made by the Post Office or any mishandling and security of your item at point of delivery. 

All claims of a lost or missing package during the delivery process should be handled with the Post Office to help you track down your items that was mishandled by them. 

From point of purchase the average time for your item to arrive at your destination is between 7 to 21 days. 

 

SECTION 9 - REPAIRS

To return your item for repair, you should mail your product to the address given to you by our Customer Service rep in an email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
